Vote for your favourite Project Scout 3K Challenge build
In Nov 2020, Indian Motorcycle laid down the gauntlet with their UK dealer network to showcase their creative talents in an Indian Scout build off challenge; each dealership was limited to a modest £3,000 parts and labour budget and a build-time of 16 weeks. However, with a second lockdown hitting the UK the month after the challenge was launched, the competition end date was extended from 31st March to 10th May to allow enough time for the builds to be completed.
The Project Scout 3K Challenge custom builds also coincide with Indian Motorcycle’s 120th Anniversary and the 100th anniversary of ‘Chief’.

"Indian Scout Sixty, Scout and Scout Bobber are an ideal entry point to premium American Motorcycle ownership, with a low seat height and neutral handling combined to Scout’s powerful Sixty Degree V-Twin Motor, which delivers mountains of low end torque for a confidence inspiring ride. Our customers tend to invest an average of Three Thousand Pounds upgrading and customising over their ownership period, so we wanted our dealer network to showcase that average customer spend in our Project Scout 3k Challenge. Our dealers are incredibly creative, so I’m looking forward to the resulting builds.”
*Voting is limited to one vote per Facebook user, United Kingdom & IE residents only, 15th-31st May 2021. There is no public prize associated with placing a vote. Build-off entries are limited to authorised Indian Motorcycle UK & Eire dealerships only that meet the entry criteria. The winner will be the build with the most votes cast between 15th-31st May 2021 on the platform show above. The winners will be announced week commencing 1st June 2021 on nineteen01.co.uk and Indian Motorcycle UK social media channels.
