Roadmaster Elite 2020 revealed

The new 2020 Roadmaster Elite has broken cover - proving the perfect marriage of iconic Indian Motorcycle styling and mod-cons, cementing its place as Indian’s premier touring machine.
The most obvious change has to be the new two-tone paint scheme. Officially referred to as ‘Thunder Black Vivid Crystal over Gunmetal Flake paint with off-set red pinstripes’, the striking machine also comes with red elite badging and matching push-rod tubes. Mean and sporty…
Those also wanting to be seen and heard will be happy as the upgraded 600-watt PowerBand Audio Plus system pumps out whatever riders want to play from high-output fairing, trunk and saddlebag speakers - that are 50 percent loud than the stock audio system on the 2020 Roadmater and Roadmaster Dark Horse. Crystal clear sound quality is provided thanks to the enhanced nine-band dynamic equaliser which auto-adjusts frequencies to compensate for road, wind and engine noise.
Packed with the Thunder Stroke 116 engine - the most powerful air-cooled engine was Indian Motorcycle - riders can take advantage of 168 Nm of class-leading torque. There’s three selectable ride modes - Tour, Standard and Sport - to choose from and also the Indian Motorcycle Ride Command system, the largest, fastest most customisable infotainment system on two wheels. Make the most of the features accessible on the seven-inch touchscreen - which can be used with a gloved hand.
The new 2020 Roadmaster Elite is kitted out with all the premium touring touches Roadmaster owners have come to expect including: a tank-mounted analogue fuel and volt meters, rear cylinder deactivation and full Pathfinder LED lighting with driving lights.
The list continues! A genuine leather two-up touring seat with individual heating for both the rider and passenger, passenger armrests, heated handgrips, and a power-adjustable flare windscreen. Standard amenities include, ABS, keyless ignition, weatherproof and remote-locking saddlebags, a spacious trunk that fits two full face helmets, and over 140 litres of storage space.
However, the bad news? It’s available for everyone with extremely limited numbers being made, so be sure to check with your local dealer if you’re interested!
