Indian Motorcycle Riders Baffle Haus Ride-In
Located just south of Abergavenny in Wales, the journey to Baffle Haus gave riders plenty of opportunities to explore new roads with keen riders arriving from as early as 9:30am. The number of bikes quickly rose to over 80 with all registered riders getting a voucher on arrival for free food and drink. In addition, all of the Rally registered attendees will be sent an exclusive Indian Motorcycle Neck Buff with a commemorative IMC Rally PIN.
Among the Indian Motorcycle owners mingling and admiring each other's rides was some real local talent in the form of a celebrity guest, George North, the professional rugby union player with the most tries in international rugby for an active player. George plays for the Ospreys & Welsh national team and has also represented the British & Irish Lions.
The gathering also managed to raise £247.75 for the Wales Air Ambulance Charity through a raffle to win Indian Motorcycle apparel and accessories.
All in all, it was a fantastic event and thanks to all of you that came along and made the day so special.
"I've come on my Indian Roadmaster ICON and my son is riding my Scout. It's been a brilliant day here, I can't fault it. The pizzas were lovely and a nice hot drink as well."
"We've travelled from Atringham up near Manchester, doing 194 miles. The event was brilliant, absolutely fantastic food by Baffle Haus. We'll definitly visit again when we're passing on our way down to the south coast. A great event, very well organised and really wel attended."
"I came with my wife, Gillian, on our Indian Chieftain. It's great here! We've had lovely pizza, the staff have been great and it's a lovely spot after a lovely ride down!"
"Im on my Indian Scout ICON from THOR Motorcycles. Originally from Bristol, I've ridden over with my partner, although he doesn't have an Indian Motorcycle. It's my first official Indian Motorcycle event and it's really lovely. I'd probably come again on my own. I wasn't expecting the free drink and pizza so that was definitely a bonus. Baffle Haus is a beautiful venue and a beautiful ride from Bristol. I really enjoyed it and will definitly give another IMR event a go in the future."
"What a great privilege to host an event like this. We're big fans of Indian Motorcycles ourselves. To see people travel from all over the UK, I think we've had people from as far as Yorkshire and Northen Ireland, and to share this space we've created over the last 18 months is just awesome. We've had a great day, we've met some really cool people and we look forward to hosting more events in the future."
