Details have been released today of the FTR 1200 Rally. A new take on the FTR, combining modern performance with authentic retro styling. 

Featuring aluminium wire wheels with red pinstriping, Titanium Smoke paint, brown aviator seat, a new rally windscreen and Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tyres as standard, the FTR 1200 Rally will be as at home on city streets as it will be on back road blasts.

As well as its additional components, The Rally features cruise control, a USB fast charge port, and new ProTaper handlebars that are 50mm higher for better comfort and handling. LED headlight and turn signals are also included for better visibility with minimal maintenance.

Featuring the 1203cc V-twin engine, the Rally provides the same smooth power delivery with impressive low-end punch. Producing 93 kW, 120 Nm of torque and a flat torque curve, the FTR 1200 Rally looks set to deliver a fun riding experience in all conditions. 

While the wheel and tyre specifications are different for the Rally, other chassis components remain faithful to the original FTR 1200, with a black trellis frame, inverted front suspension and radially mounted dual Brembo brakes.

The 2020 FTR Rally is compatible with the entire range of 40+ accessories specifically developed for the FTR platform, giving riders the ability to customise combinations and maintain the independence they seek when purchasing an Indian Motorcycle.
