More than 200 Dirt Track Riders Association (DTRA) championship riders gathered with their loved ones for a special awards presentation at Krazy Horse Farm House in Oxfordshire to celebrate the final standings from 2019 Championship.
Indian Motorcycle was well represented with Hooligan riders Leah Tokelove (#37) and Lee Kirkpatrick (#152) joining the party to collect 2nd and 3rd places respectively. The 2019 Championship was a hard-fought battle and saw them swapping between Krazy Horse prepared Indian Scouts and all-new S&S Cycle built FTR 1200 machines mid-way through the season.
Indian Motorcycle’s continued partnership with the Dirt Track Riders Association helps to secure the future of grassroots motorcycle sport and the development of youth riders. The UK Flat Track Nationals have grown substantially in the last few years, to become regarded as one of the most accessible and respected entry points to the sport outside North America, with young riders from France and Spain regularly joining the entry list.
Registrations for all classes to the UK Nationals series are now open and close just before the first meeting in April. Full rules can be found on the DTRA website by clicking here.
